HE 464116, registered office at KALYMNOU 1, “Q MERITO”, 4th Floor, Agios Nikolaos, 6037 Larnaca, Cyprus, “Neostalgia”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and the client (“Client”, “you”, “your”). By accessing https://www.neostalgia.co (the “Website”) or subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use. Any accrued obligations (e.g. payment for services already delivered) will remain enforceable.
All code, content, graphics, and trademarks on the Website (“Content” and “Marks”) are owned by Neostalgia or licensors, protected under Cyprus, EU, and international IP law. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, license, or exploit them without our prior written consent.
Upon full payment, copyright and intellectual property rights in the final deliverables (“Projects”) are assigned to you. Pre-existing code, frameworks, or templates remain our property, licensed to you for use as part of your deliverables.
Where Projects incorporate third-party fonts or assets requiring commercial licences, we will notify you. You are responsible for acquiring those licences unless expressly transferred in writing.
By using the Website, you warrant that you have legal capacity, will comply with applicable laws, will not use automated or unlawful means to access the Website, and will not use it for unauthorized purposes.
